I phoned Totai gas solutions inquirying about a part. I was asked to bring in the old one so it could be reviewed. The part was not available at the time! It had to be ordered. Because of the distance I had driven to them. I was offered a second hand working part... FREE... Of charge and the part was assembled for me.
