Poor Service regarding replacement or fixing of Elba Gasstove

<p>We bought a Elba Gasstove from Makro Makro Strubens Valley in 2016. From the moment we received the stove the burners was not working properly. After numerous telephone calls and e-mails to Makro and Elba every person that was sent out confirmed that there was a problem with the stove but up to now the stove has not been fixed nor replaced. Every technician that has been sent out comes with the same reply that the stove is faulty but they are not qualified to fix the problem and someone else will be sent out. I have been waiting since April this year for Totai to reply in any manner on e-mail correspondance sent to them regarding this problem but no reply has been given up to this time. </p>
