Elba stove - Loud Oven - Disappointing

Where do I even begin to express my agony.

We bought a free standing 5 hob Elba stove from Hirschs in October 2020. I immediately alerted them of the ********** loud noise that came from the oven when it's use. Not the fan, the actual oven itself alerts the entire neighborhood that something is baking.

January 2021. After 3 visits where the technicians did confirm that something is loose inside and they are not sure how to fix it, countless exchanges with Hirsch and nameless Elba people (yes a manager did call me to reassure me that "the product was of the highest quality but I am obviously experiencing a one in a million problem") I am still unfortunately sitting with the same problem. The thought of switching on my oven grills me!! A few minutes of using the oven it makes all kinds of rattling noises.

I have expressed my hope of a refund or at least an exchange of product seeing as the stove was not a cheap purchase, and here I am. Nothing. No response. No feedback from Elba nor Hirsch.

To say I am disappointed is an understatement. This one in million problem has left a bitter taste in my mouth. The thought of buying anything Elba from now on, I doubt will ever cross my mind again.
