They stoley money! *****ulent service

On the 15th of January I had a loan with tosta finance and they deducted twice on the 15th January. I contacted them and I was told that I should wait 40 days for the money to reflect on their side and then they will refund me. I did numerous follow ups and I was told the same thing until the 40 days was over they told me they cannot refund me and no reasonable explanation was given. I waited 40 DAYS to be told they cannot refund me! I asked to speak to the manager several times and everytime they will tell me he/she is out and never gets back to me.

Very poor and *****ulent service they stoley money from me these people!
