NOT AN HONOURABLE COMPANY

The worst company to deal with.... they make promises and do not deliver. I was promised 2 phone and a fax line. I only got I phone line. Then when the equipment has a fault and you tell them excatly what the fault is they come out to your bussines to see what is fault. Then I go back to their offices and charge you a R2 000 call out fee to come and replace the equipment at YOUR cost. I need to pay rent for the equipment AND keep replace the equipment... and be charged the ridiculous amount for a call out fee. Our phones diverted to a cell phone when I am out of the office. At first they said it is part of the package. Now a year later I have to pay for that service.. PLEASE AVOID THESE ****ERS AT ALL COST.... THEY ARE TRULY NOT HONOURABLE PEOPLE......
