Miss leading information

Sales Representatives aren't trained properly. The salesman explained that there is an APP that we would get with 5 numbers that would work as internal calls. This is what attracted us to this sale. When installing the phones the office staff asked about the APP. We were then informed that there would be extra costs involved at R50 per phone. One of the directors of Toshiba then tried to bribe me by getting one of our clients to also get the system and then he would give us the APP for free.
