Useless product

After waiting for half a month, I received the replacement TV today but I was surprised to see the tv with no seal ,no screen protectors and the tv screen was again crashed which was more worse then the tv which I had. It’s a purely defective product which I can see and the company is only doing ***** and cheating the customers. PFA the photo of the tv.

I want immediate action on this. Are you trying to cheat on us. we get like this ***** product. I need a new tv with 4 star which I already have or else I am going to do a consumer case.
