Tosca is a ****, don't buy their products

I bought a trolley suitcase at Game, very expensive but beautiful. It had ISO 9001 branding and I trusted it. I have used it less than five times. The quality they advertise is not what I can say about them. This trolley scratches too easily and the appearance of the scratches isn't lovely. Please I need to know why you would manufacture something like this? I should have bought one at the Chinese stores for R400 instead of paying R1400+ at Game for poor workmanship. You can kindly have it back guys. Disgruntled client
