Process was straightforward, support was responsive

I have been observing torxsa for some time then decided to place my first order. From the product page to checkout, the process was smooth and my order arrived in the expected timeline. As long as you understand their process and delivery sequence you won't need to panic purchasing a high value item. Getting on a phone call with them is a mission, I am not sure if the calls really get through or their line is overloaded. But the whatsapp chat and email support is very responsive, I also realized that it's a business norm for online stores. But if you are a person that's not used to dealing with these types of businesses you will certainly feel very sceptical to buy. On the other hand the service was acceptable and prices are reasonable
