Good Service, Needs Better Communication on Delivery Details

TorxSA, I just want to say I had a really good experience buying my gaming desktop from you, I’m genuinely happy with everything.

That said, there was a bit of an issue with delivery. I sent through an updated address via your admin email but didn’t get any response or confirmation, so the driver ended up going to the wrong place.

I do appreciate how patient and helpful the driver was in sorting it out, but this could’ve easily been avoided if the updated details were picked up. Just something to improve on for next time.
