Genuine value for customer service

I would like to applaud Torxsa for valuing customer service and putting customers first. I recently bought a Samsung Z Fold 7 that arrived damaged, which believes to be the courier company's fault. This type of issue could have easily ended up with blame shifting and long escalation but Torxsa immediately intervened and replaced the same phone hassle free. The replacement phone was immediately delivered. I will not turn a blind eye on excellent service, therefore I will always recommend your services everywhere.
