DON’T TRUST TORXSA

I bought a canon lens online through this company on the 16th of May with the promise (on WhatsApp) that the lens was going to be dispatched the next day. When I enquired 5 days later, they said they I will only receive the lens within 4-6 weeks. I asked to cancel the order for I needed the lens urgently for a sports event and had to buy it from another company who could deliver the next day. They agreed to a full refund. It has been almost 2 and a half months now. No refund. No communication. No answering or returning my calls. Not even the Ombudsman could get my R49999 paid back until now.
