Do NOT buy from TORXSA - Horrific experience!

Do not trust this company! I ordered a camera for R45000 on 22 September 2025, I needed it for a job I had in the coming weeks and was promised I will receive it in the stipulated delivery time of 7 to 14 working days. I did not receive it remotely close to the promised time frame. I then requested a cancelation and refund. It is now the 04 of February 2026 and I have still not received my money. They keep stalling by saying the refund is still processing and it takes 30 or more working days (ITS BEEN 5 MONTHS). They also monitor all their bad reviews and claim its false information so that the reviews get taken down. My husband posted a review on them and they got it taken down. I will update this review if and when I finally receive my refund. Steer clear from this company.
