In what universe is it acceptable for an online retailer to sit on a customer’s cash for a third of a year while dragging their feet? They take your money in seconds, but when it comes time to return what is rightfully yours, communication completely stalls, and you are left endlessly chasing them up for updates.What makes it even worse is their sneaky, anti-consumer refund policy. Buried deep in their fine print are aggressive fine-print clauses designed entirely to trap the buyer: They state that refunds are "not immediate" and openly warn that processing times can drag on endlessly. They reserve "sole discretion" on whether to actually refund you or force store credit/buy-back options on you instead. They slap hefty cancellation and restocking fees (up to 25%) on orders even before you've received the product. Using customer money as an interest-free loan while hiding behind bureaucratic technicalities and standard delay tactics is shameful business practice.Torxsa's appalling lack of accountability and predatory policies make them one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.
