Follow Up on Registration and Lack of Response Suspect it is *****ulent

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism, communication, and customer service from this company.

I registered with them on 18 May 2026 and, since then, I have received absolutely no feedback or communication regarding my registration. I have made several attempts to contact them via email and telephone, but all my efforts have been ignored.

Their phone line goes directly to an automated answering machine, and no one returns calls or responds to messages. In addition, I discovered that their contact number is flagged as “*****ulent” on Truecaller, which has raised serious concerns regarding the legitimacy and credibility of this business.

As a customer, this experience has been frustrating, stressful, and completely unacceptable. Companies should communicate transparently and professionally with their clients, especially after registration or onboarding processes have been completed.

I am requesting urgent feedback, clarification regarding my registration status, and immediate communication from the company. If no response is received, I will be forced to escalate this matter further through the relevant consumer protection channels.

I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution until this matter is properly resolved.
