Pathetic service

<p>I had a terrible experience at this testing centre. Firstly the exam coordinator let me wait 15min before signing me in. I arrived 15min early and waited on her. She and her colleague strolled out of lift with coffee in their hands, laughing loudly and went to their office. The reception lady then arrived, put her bag down and immediately signed me in tow write my exams. As we passed the office of exam coordinator, she was having breakfast and the music as playing loud from her pc or phone or the radio.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had my hand up for 8min because the pen was dry, she only came after 8min. How pathetic is that?</p> <p> </p> <p>I will not write any exam at Torque IT again.</p>
