LPIC 1/2 course

To whom it may concern.I have attended my LPIC 1 at this institute and what a joke this was.The second day of my course I have asked for another lecturer or to reschedule my course with valid reasons where I was notified that I can do this at a later stage and need to pay for this.Funny enough there was another student from another country that was having the same problem and he got to re-attend the course the following week as airfares was an issue.Looking at this little scenario the institute don't give about private clients but corporate clients gets the benefit as they provide the income of this institute.On various occasions it was communicated to me by Themba that the manager,owner principal will get back to me and guess what my problem and no feedback.This had a ripple effect on my lpic 2 as well as I did not had the proper background to pull it through.The main purpose was for our company to sent me on this course to be fully functional in directing the company on linux and if I knew how this was going to turn out I would have attended another institute.I have asked for two days to brush up on my lpic and need to wait until June for this.I think this is very unprofessional.
