I am extremely disappointed with the way this matter was handled. I reacted to a message that was posted on a public platform regarding the diesel quality, based on information that had been shared with me — specifically that the diesel being sold may be of an inferior/lower grade and not suitable for normal vehicle use. Concerns were also raised about the source of the diesel allegedly coming from a plastic-to-diesel plant, yet there appeared to be very little transparency provided to customers regarding this. As a consumer, I believe people have the right to question the quality and origin of products they are putting into their vehicles, especially when it can potentially affect engines and vehicle performance. What made the situation worse was the completely unprofessional manner in which it was handled afterward. Instead of addressing the concerns publicly, professionally, and transparently on the same public platform where the message originated, the manager contacted me directly by phone. During the call, I felt attacked and spoken down to, and I was barely given an opportunity to explain myself or speak properly before being confronted aggressively. I found this extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. There is a proper way to engage with members of the public, especially when addressing concerns or criticism. Contacting individuals personally and handling the matter in an aggressive or intimidating manner is unacceptable. If a business truly values its reputation, concerns should be dealt with respectfully, professionally, and through proper communication channels — not through confrontational phone calls directed at individuals reacting to public information. I do not wish to be involved in any business disputes, but I felt it necessary to share my experience so others are aware of how this situation was handled.
