VEHICLE SOLD BY TORINO MOTORS

I bought a Nissan NP300 from this company in February this year 2017.The cars had a noisy and stiff steering wheel which was claimed to be standard by the dealer.It also began to have jerkings,power cut offs and switching of on the road in March.This company keeps refusing to fix and replace the defective vehicle.They treat it as non of their business.This vehicle was R130 000.I payed R10 000 as a deposit however found out that I am paying the installment of a R160 000 vehicle with the invoice having a **** signature of mine to WESBANK.My R10 000 deposit does not even appear.
