Disgruntled Consumer

I purchased a car not even a day ago and the engen has siezed, power steering siezed and was **** to about how expensive the parts are with regards to maintenance or replacement parts should I have a problem. They are aware of the cooling off period but are not willing to help us, they request us to pay 50/50 on a fault or damage that we didn't even create and the worat part is you cant get hold of the owner.
