Query

Last yesr 2019 i went there for renewal of my spectacles,at Torga Optical in South coast Mall i did all the tests My medical aid paid all what was due to them a lot. So my levy was R3000 of which i made an arrangement to pay it in instalmebts bcs of financial constraints at present. Yesterday i was paying my final balance @i went there to collect my spectacles. To my suprise when i get there i was told im owing R2800 of which my balance was R2000. I asked them where is this R800 coming from of which i didnt get a satisfactory answer. But the guy who was serving me at said its a sum of R500 which is appearing in their system.

Fortunately for i had a receipt that was showing another payment of R500 which i have paid in March. What disappointed me is that my spectacles were not ready, they were not yet sent to the lab, but a lot of money is wth them. Today which is 21 of May 2021 i called them adking for my spectacles to be delivered but i received a very unwelcoming, unkind converdtation wth the person i was talking to. I was asking them why they not updating me on what is happening He bodly said he is busy wth other patient, there are patient that needed his attention blah, blah So im not more important as to them cause they have already received my money im asking Is this how they treat their customers? Are some patient more equal than others. Im sooo very dissatisfied, disappointed the way they treat their customers @would never set a foit there ever again as this was my first experience wth them Im struggling wth my eyes @this is what i get from them Wouldn't recomend this place to anyone
