Furniture Removal

My furniture was loaded on the 1st of Feb16 under supervision of a friend of mine. Everything was packed with care and blankets and comforter was used in between furniture, example: dressing table, etc. When it arrived two days later at my new address, it was repacked onto another \open\" truck, covered with only a tarpaulin, no blankets was used which I provided, lamps was broken off, 5 boxes and a stocked toolbox are missing. 3 doors on my TV cabinet are broken out, shelves are damaged, dressing table and study table was totally scratched on top because of no blankets used. My daughters furniture and my dining room chairs are also damaged. Boxes and the rest of everything was just totally damaged. When I phoned them, all they could say was that's how it is, we said we don't take any responsibility, but they were very quick to take my money and I paid a full month before the removal. So if anybody come across this company, please think twice before you use them for any transport or courier services. "
