worst possible service and lies ever experienced from a company

<p>we have bought the new starsal decoder early march 2017. we phoned the instalation line that prommissed us an installer. They sent us the name of the installe Mzwapinde. he never pitched and never answered his phone we phone starsat again and they prommised they will come back to us wich never happened. more than a month expired. we phoned them again and were transfered to a supervisor. again a promise that they will follow up and come back to us within 24 hours that again never happened. Again we phoned and made a hell of a fuss. Navesh sent us a number and aranged for a raymond to come see us on saturday 8 april at 09:00. raymond never came. his phone is swithed of. we waited the whole day in vain. Again we phoned very furious. this time supervisor titus prommised us immediate action. shame... again nothing even after i warned them that we are going to social media. I can not complain about customer and aftersales service because their is none. only one lie upon another and utter incompetence. Please do not do bussiness with these guys. Its just not worth it</p>
