Worst Customer service

<p>My Decoder lost signal this morning and i tried to call them, it was a nightmare, i was on the phone for ten minutes and still never got to speak to a consultant, their automative service is like a dismal, you go round and round without any help. Thie website is absolutely no help, its honestly no help. im considering canceling my contract, their shows they bring are all old episodes and repeats. we live in south africa, why must there be dubbed series and films, they give you channels that you dont want or watch, Fox life was a big waste, I feel like i live in Nigeria or some other African country cause thats who they seem to be catering to. Not Impressed at all! By the way by signal is still not fixed.</p>
