why is it so hard to get help
Why is it so hard to get help come your call center I called in because tr was something worg with my Smart Card Reader on my HD decoder so the agent did say she will do a swap request and I'll get a new decoder that was 8 weeks a go. I have been calling in a lot and no one could help me I am going to get Dstv tomorrow as this is unacceptable
