Who woulda think I'd have an alternate email addy

Nothing irks me more than to have to create a second account on this site, to get real kelp from you lot. First off you phoned me right after the programs that disappeared, miraculously reappeared...but I could have set my clock to when it would disappear again..a few minutes before 20 ID Extra,Nat Geo, Gold, Spark and Natura disappeared again. If this is your way in forcing one to watch unwatched channels,. it sure isn't working. Fix your inadequate service,this is enough to force one to change from provider
