Waiting for my refund. Subscription Cancelled
Good Day, I received an sms on 1 Dec stating that 2 of the Indian Channels will be removed, As a result i called to cancel my subscription. Felicia advised that I have a R385 credit however you will not refund me this? Please advise as to why as it is my money and I no longer want to subscribe to Top TV / Star Sat. Pls get back to me urgently regarding my refund else I will seek legal consult.
