Waiting for a call back for 2 days now

Ai so we decided to get a Starsat decoder. Its a good deal really. But I called them yesterday and they gave me an installers details, I called the installer and he lives too far from me. So I called and got another installers details and made arrangements for him to come at 12.30 today. He called us to say he isn't coming because Starsat has already appointed someone else to come. So after being on hold for 8 minutes I get told that they have it on the system that the 1st installer is coming to us. But he said he lives too far. So now NO ONE is coming to install. They apparently escalated my installation query when I called for the 5th time and I was promised someone would call me within an hour to sort this out. No one has called. Please call me asap and send an installer to me. Before I change my mind and send the decoder back for a refund.
