useless company unable to keep us informed

The provider of Satellite TV continously adds and removes channels that we watch. It is often the channels that we watch the most that get removed. These channels are then replaced with useless Nigerian channels aswell as Chinese channels. The company provides is with little support and their decoders are always packing up. In a space of 25 days I had to swop my decoder on 5 different occasions. Costing us travelling to and from the store. That's the poor quality of products they also provide. The service is as useless as their decoders and poor signal. They add and remove channels without customer market research, asking us if we perrefer watching some channels over other channels. The stupid Nigerian channels that replace popular international channels like BET, FOX MOVIES and TLC is really not great. Tomorrow popular indian channel, Star plus is going to be removed and is going to be on DSTV. So will I be migrating my subscription with this useless **** company called STARSAT. I'm going to encourage all my friends and families and tell them to tell everyone else to not get star sat and rather get DSTV. They offer better entertainment and service
