Unresponsive Management

<p> <span style="color: #828282; background-color: #ffffff;">I have been a star stat user since 5 oct 2010.until we were asked to renew the black decoders with the white decoder.on 3 June 2015 it was renewed</span></p> <p>I have been having problems with it just after a year that was in july<br /> I have been to the star stat store and I was informed to purchase a new decoder as that was no longer working<br /> I called the call centre and spoke to a person by the name of raylene who said she will speak to her manager and get back to me.till this date I have had no response from them<br /> My point is .the black decoder lasted me 5yrs and this white decoder only a year .so must we buy star stat decoders every year. <br /> I phoned in July 20 to star stat and still waiting.</p>
