My _decoder was not working right so your call center agents longed a Complaint And I got a call who did say tey will exchang my HD decoder that is not working right for a new sealed HD decoder that was never uesed I was OK with that tr Delivery did come so I did give my old decoder that is not working to the guy n he give me my so call new decoder when I open the box the box is not new or the decoder it looked refurbished And after a week this deconder is doing the same ting I would like a brand new factory sealed hd Decoder send to me asap and take this decoder back that you send me that is not working right I am very upset and unhappy I am a loyal cumsotmer for years now if you can't help me then I'll cancel everything and go to dstv get back to me asap
