<p>I bought a decoder a more than week ago and I sent two sms as they requested but no one ever bothered to call me back, so I decided to call them after 24hr. They said installation is free but when I called the installer he said I am too far so he needs R 300 and I decided to call the call centre again. The lady that I spoke too said they will forward my request to their technical department and they will call me back in 24 hours. It been 6 days now no one has ever bothered to call me back and this is very embarrassing for me, their service is *** and I am not happy about it. For the past 4 days I have been to get hold of the call centre but it keep on saying their consultant are busy **** that. You can not hold for more than 10 minutes what *** is that</p>
