Total waist of time

<p>I bought my decoder ..i called the same day to get a istaller out for the special of R399..they sent a sms with the installers number i gave him a call B and K installers. The told me he does not work for starsat any more another call was made to the call centre again and i got a second number for steven visagie ..i gave him a call he adviced me he will give me a call bakc to confirm installation date and almos the whole dag on by and still no call or date set to when the installation will be done ..and over R50 of airtime spent to arrange a installation and nothing has been done ...total waist of my time and patience ..so way to adsist me what so ever .. with this level of bad service i have recieved from call centre too installers that does not what to assist me ...dont think ill tell anyone to buy a starsat </p>
