The Mr Promise installer/ The Mr Promise call centre

We bought a Starsat decoder om 25/11/2017, we had enormous problems firstly to get it installed, the installer don't keep his word at appointments he made. Then on Monday 27/11/2017 he came to install the dish, he used a DSTV bracket and a rusted pole in my yard to install the dish. He found the signal and everything was working fine...... until the wind start blowing,quess what?? No signal, I anc****d the pole at my own cost, it was working for a while, and quess what, the wind came up, no signal. We phone Starsat, no help at all, we phone the installer, he make appointments but don't show up. The most amazing of all, Starsat reckons it is up to us to pay for another installer to come and fix this bad installation
