The down side of StarSat

I have purchased a starsat decoder over a year ago and ever since I've been having continuous issues with their services. From discontinuation of channels, to waiting for calls to be answered by their agents only to have it disconnected, repetition of series and the list just goes on. Pathetic service, I will not recommend starsat to anyone I know!!
