Technical Error, can't get hold of call centre

I have been trying since Monday to get hold of Starsat technical section to log a query. My picture comes and go on all channels. I dial ***#5 but no one answer then. After 10minutes I drop the call. From the looks of it, they are either too busy handling technical calls, which is the really bad or maybe a good sign to move back to DSTV, or I have the wrong number.
