Starstat installer use cable ties to install dish

<br> I have also anther problem on the 14/01/2015 one of your installers came to my house to install my dish , first of all he was very rude , the same day he left we had no signal when we called him the next morning he was rude and unhelpful so we called out a private installer to came and see what was wrong<br> <br> 1. Your Starsat Installer used cable tie to fit my LNB and we have a picture of that so our installed bolts <br> <br> 2. Your Starsat Installer used cable tie to connect to cable to each other that our installer also had to fixed.<br> <br> To got that fixed cost us R600.00 <br> <br> And the call centre is taking the Installers side and we will not even be refunded our money
