StarSats Terrible service

Starsat has the worst service ever. Firstly starsat tricks their customers. The allow u to watch a channel and then it you not allowed to (starlife and colour) . Call for assistance and get told its no longer available go buy a top up package. Lady I spoke to was so rude to point that I said I'm not happy and would like to complain she says u cnt complain about a channel moving to a top up package. How rude. No notification to say channel won't be available once u done ur monthly payment the channel cnt be viewed. Starsat does not value they customers, it seems they are greedy. As they give u good channels to watch once u get interested they move to a top up package disgusting. It seem we are paying R209 to watch repeats and ****. Extremely angry and will be canceling this useless thing.
