STARSAT - WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!!

Due to technical problems on their side Ive been cut off from mid-June 2015- payment was **** for the entire month - called their number on numerous occasions but it never works - finally got hold of them and been advised that I should pout it on hold which I did - what happens to all the viewing times I've lost out on???? A couple of days later i receive an sms - apparently for a Decoder upgrade - went 3 times to fetch from the branch at Phoenix Plaza but to no avail! Left work early yesterday to try one last time - they closed early (supposed to be 5:30pm) when I asked the guy if I could chat to him he screamed from the inside of the store to say the lady was cashing (really??? Cashing at the front of the store????) - if they not closed during load shedding times then they on a permanent go-slow (which is what happened on Wednesday) when my husband went to the store - he waited in line for 45min! With no help from any staff - they permanently chatting to one another and giggling to themselves! I would really like to chat to the manager regarding his staff - they need to be properly trained - I would love to train them!
