Starsat unqualified installers

I need legal help on this,I bought a starsat decoder 6 months ago and the recommended unprofessional installer named mpho came and not only did he use a DStv branded dish which doesn't belong to me,nothing works,most of the channels says no signal

I've been paying for that long without watching anything worth my money Sent numerous emails to starsat and the managed to track mpho and was promised he gonna resolve the issue,but over a month,nothing was done,

Last attempted they called me and said Mpho is busy in Pretoria but will come on Friday,he never showed up

I really need help on this or refund on my money for 6 months
