starsat sucks

this company excepts payment every month but every month without fail there is a problem. first I was told that I had an old decoder and therefore it was not working so I replaced it with a new one and yet again its giving me problems. so wen I call the hotline they give me a hole lot of things to do with no avail. then they tell me to go to the store and how can 1 do so wen i have an 8 to 5 job? if that's not enough if I need it to be checked I have to call out an agent at my own cost.
