Starsat service sucks!!

For months we have a problem with Starsat. Our latest one is that the news channels just vanishes and we were told it was an LNB problem and we need get an installer to check. We pay and installer to check and to be told nothing is wrong, it is the system on Starsat side. After a good few weeks, Starsat has a system issue and all of a sudden our news channels are back! So last nite, WHILE WATCHING BBC we receive a system message and the channel just vanishes ? did a scan and a re-scan and nothing. Their service is pathetic as they never get back to you. I am waiting to speak to a supervisor for 3 weeks now after my last complaint regarding having to pay the installer to check my LNB!!!! What a waste of my money every month as there is a problem every damn month
