starsat removed starplus

I have had starplus for 5 years , we have followed all indian series on it for so long , the programmes were interesting as it was a source of entertainment for myself and my family, starsat claims it was not in they hands for removing the channel as dstv bought it off , its unfair to each and every viewer who has followed this channel , terribly disappointed, I want to unsubscribe , disappointed, this channel that has replaced is absolutely not worth watching its **** , when we went to make payment for this month the guy there had told us that they weren't taking out all the series, hate when people lie to customers very unprofessional.
