Starsat put off after payment was made

I am a loyal client to Star sat and have always paid my account on the 20th of each month via EFT I paid my account yesterday as I always do but this morning my star sat has been put off. How does this work and when talking to a consultant it is said I have to wait 24 hours to see if my payment reflect even though I could send proof of this. Never was this a problem and never was my account put off. I feel payment has been made to put off my account is improffesional.
