StarSat Poor Customer Service

I had enough **** with StarSat, i made a imediate eft payment on the 31st of May on my mothers acc AE Basson 7.7.1.8.6.5.6.0.0 and have sent the proof to 2 email adresses of Starsat and they have cut our service today the 5th of June. The call centre have a lot of stories when i called them this morning. Don't they check the bank statements for payments or what? Really it is 5 days later and they want to tell me they can't see the payment on the system? This is flippen nonsense.
