Starsat: no service, no feedback!

Since 29 September 2019 been batteling to select and what my programs on Satrsat like Fox, National Geographic, ect! Contacted them twice since 2 Oct, enquiring whats going on? Get told they are busy testing but channels no longer available, paid in advance and still can't view my channels or programs. No information, no warnings, no communication or correspondence! Poor service and customer support! Is this the chinese service standard of the future?
