Starsat is pathetic when you need their help

I can never get hold of them. There is no reply at their call centre. I called many times, wasted, without exaggeration, hundreds rands being on hold without ever being able to talk to a person. I have sent emails to their email address that I found on their website but they bounce back being undeliverable. I have completed their online query form and STILL no joy.
