I m so sick and tired with you ppl I call in to the call center today I get put on hold for 10 mins get tro to a guy do don't wanna help me at all I tell him my prob he ask my I'd number and puts me on hold for longer ten 4 mins and when he comes back he don't say sorry for the long hold or why he put me so long on hold no he's just. So fast to end the call this is very bad form you ppl. And. The reason I did phone in was to. Find out when I'm getting my new HD decoder as my HD decoder I have at home is not working 100% so my hd decoder needs to be take and I need to get a new one bt noting is happning.
