STARSAT IS ****!!!

I had the worst experience with these sheisters... My Starsat TV was installed by a "recognised installer". A month later, on the 25th of June I made a payment and on the next Saturday my StarSat just suddenly stopped working. I made 7 phonecalls to their call centre and was told a different story with new procedures EVERY time... Eventually I had a seemingly very friendly gent by the name of Jonathan deal with me who filled me with confidence that now my situation would be sorted out. HOW WRONG I WAS!!! I spent exactly R155 on airtime to keep phoning them without any joy!! Needless to say that by now I am FED UP. On my last call I was promised that Jonathan would call me back and this call just never came.. I will be cancelling my StarSat come Monday morning and ***** them and their "customer service" they will NOT come recommended by me AT ALL. I feel cheated, ****** and **** to after my experience with this company today. What a let down and disgrace they are!!!
