StarSat - Installations don't happen - purchase if you are into DIY installations only

Since purchasing this decoder, I have struggled for almost 10 days now to get an installer to agree to come to my premises - installers that StarSat appoints. I have been given the details for 2 intallers thus far and am simply getting no reaction.

Purchasing a decoder from StarSat is easy enough - but unless you are going to pay for it yourself, installation will likely NEVER happen and the call center seems uncaring that I am now registered, but not activated and that they will not be receiving any income from me in the form of subscriptions.

How bad must things get when companies simply don't care anymore whether they lose money or not.
